Mainly focused on the correct grip, basic stretching and warm up, Advance shuttle drills, Wall exercises, advanced court movement exercises, drop shot, Backhand and forehand lifts and drops, Smashes and defensive techniques. Mental component of Badminton training Program is another area we touch upon.
